 At Belfast Barbering Academy (BBA), we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier barbering education designed to cultivate the next generation of skilled barbers. Our comprehensive beginner programs cover every aspect of both modern and classic barbering, ensuring that even those with no prior experience are fully equipped to embark on a successful career in the barbering industry.

Our 12-week Intensive courses are meticulously crafted to be both challenging and highly effective. Running on Mondays and Tuesdays, we offer two convenient schedules to fit your lifestyle: 5pm - 9 pm. These sessions combine fundamental lectures, live demonstrations, hands-on practice with live models, and rigorous theory assessments, providing you with a well-rounded education in hair cutting and styling.

Throughout the course, you’ll learn not only the technical skills required to excel but also the professional conduct necessary to thrive in the barbering world. We provide a full professional kit, including a kit bag, trimmers, clippers, and other essential tools, ensuring you have everything you need to confidently start your journey in the barbering industry. We also offer optional placement days at The Man Shack to give you a really experience of a working barbering shop to help prepare you to be a full time working barber.
